STOP SMOKING COLD TURKEY



There are some other points to make why the best method is cold turkey.

First off, you can do it right now. You don't have to go to the store, or to the doctor, or to a hypnotherapist. You can do it RIGHT NOW! That's the beauty of it all. You can start immediately with no waiting.

There is no need to look at a calendar, or prolong it for any reason. You don't need to save up money, or set aside your next paycheck. It doesn't cost a penny. All you really need to do is put that last cigarette out for good and never look back from there on out.

You don't have to check your watch to see if the store is still open. You don't have to call the clinic to make an appointment, and you certainly don't have to "look up" what a hypnotherapist does exactly before you contact them. You can stop smoking right here, right now, in the comfort of your own home.

Another reason why it's best is because you don't have to worry about side effects caused by other medicines. There is so much fine print on all those prescriptions, you don't know what you're getting into. It's a gamble.

Going cold turkey, all you have to worry about is some pain for the first few days leading up to a week. Why add more pain when you don't have to? In a sense, why pay more if you don't have to? It doesn't seem logical to me.

Think of it like playing poker. Each hand represents a certain method to quit. "3 of a kind" might represent nicotine gum. A "straight" might represent the patch. A "full house" might represent hypnotherapy. "4 of a kind" might be acupuncture. The "royal flush" though will always represent cold turkey. It's simply the best and fastest method, and most people use it.

To be clear, just because I believe it's the best, does not mean I absolutely condemn the others. They might work for you. After all, their success rate isn't 0%. There is success with other methods, just not in my own personal experience. They failed for me everytime I used them. But there is always going to be someone who finds them useful, or that they work for them.

Another reason to stop is for the feeling of accomplishment.

"I DID SOMETHING!!!

I didn't need a pill, I didn't need a doctor, I didn't need a patch, I did it all by myself!"

Your confidence level will soar through the roof! You'll be so proud of yourself. Others will be proud, too. No more depending on patches and pills.



Finally, go this route because the sooner you get it over with, the faster you can get to living the life you were intended to lead. Trust me, once you put a few days behind you, your world will start opening up. And when I mean open up, I mean the entire universe will be at your disposal.

Thoughts and scenarios about yourself and your future will go through your head that you didn't think were possible. I'm not talking about negative thoughts, I'm talking about POSITIVE thoughts. You'll begin to think you can accomplish anything. Before it wasn't possible, but now it is.

"I'll do that someday. I'll climb that mountain, I'll run that marathon, I'll get that job, and I'll be super rich in whatever I do. I can do anything I want to do."

It's all possible folks. Believe in yourself.
