This site is about helping people, and giving you all the information you need in a realistic manner. Nothing will be sugar-coated. You need to know what really happens when you quit, and how you need to prepare for your quit.

iQuit-Smoking.com is specifically for the heavy smoker who is truly ready to quit once and for all. It is not intended for those who smoke occasionally, but you can still learn some valuable information regardless.

It's for those who are seriously addicted to nicotine and desperately want to quit, but have failed trying, and are looking for realistic approaches.

Doctors and corporate businesses want you to spend money on medicines. It's quite obvious. Go to any doctor for any ailment you're having and they'll fill out a prescription for you. You might even leave less than 5 minutes after you've arrived. How is that personal? It's not. It's only a way for them to make money. You can't relate to that, and I can't, either.

WHY DID I CREATE THIS WEBSITE?


This is simple. I'm obsessed with quitting! I've relapsed so many times it's ridiculous.

My goal is to help people, and to help them stop for good, and rid their body of all the physical problems that go along with it. Why take drugs that put nicotine back into your body? How is that going to help you? What doctor out there is going to tell you to not take anything? They would lose money if they did, and that's not in their best interest.

So why believe them?

Smoking destroys your life, and you will never be in control until you stop. If I can only help one other person in this world break their habit, I'll have died a happy man. But I want to help ALL of you! It's my goal to help every single one of you, because there is a voice missing on the Internet today.

WHY SHOULD I LISTEN TO YOU?


I am not a doctor, I am not a celebrity, I am YOU!

I was the guy you'd see on the streets lighting up a cigarette. I was the guy you'd see standing outside of the bar puffing away. I was the guy who smoked a "pack a day." I was also the guy who thought he couldn't quit. Trust me, I was YOU!

I tried virtually every method, too. Some of them help I will admit, but the side effects are horrendous. I believe the approach I took is one of the most realistic and most logical paths to take. Hopefully you'll relate to my experiences.

You want to read about real-life experiences. I sure would if I wanted to quit and came to the Internet for help.

Perhaps you are new to this. Perhaps this is your first attempt at quitting. See if you can relate to my story. If you can, then great! If not, then you still can learn some valuable information about quitting. Either way, you'll come out ahead. Knowledge is power!

WHAT IF I RELAPSE?


If there is one thing I've learned in the last 10 years, it's to NEVER GIVE UP! You are not alone, and no matter how stressful and horrible your life might seem to you, it is still NOT impossible to quit.

This approach makes sense, and if you are in the correct frame of mind, and you're TRULY ready, then that's all you'll need to get started.

Now it's not going to be a picnic in the park, either, I'll tell you that right now. It's not going to be easy. Is it ever? All it takes is a little bit of self discipline, but you should know that already. If you have the discipline, then you can do it. You definitely don't need prescription drugs.

WHAT IF I'M NOT READY?


Then honestly, I can't help you. If you aren't TRULY ready, you'll eventually relapse and go back to square one.

I relapsed over 200 times, so I know what it feels like to go back to that dreaded Day 1. I know what it feels like to hate your everyday life, and hate the fact you're not in control. Until you are ready to change your life around PERMANANTLY, you will NEVER be in control.

Trust me, the best part of your life is still to come. It's a life free of slavery, and that, my friends, is a life worth living for. Imagine how great it will be. Think of all the freedom you'll have! If you succeed, you're entire world will do a 180 and you'll feel fantastic.
